Timothy B. Hamilton

Tim joined Duncan & Allen LLP as a law clerk in the summer of 2021 after graduating from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He was elevated to Associate in March 2022 and has since focused his practice on a broad range of issues impacting consumer-owned utilities at both the state and federal levels.

During law school, Tim gained valuable experience in administrative law through his internship with the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He also interned with the Arizona Corporation Commission, where he worked on intrastate pipeline and jurisdictional issues. Before his final year of law school, Tim served as an intern for the Honorable Diane Humetewa of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, further honing his legal skills in federal litigation.
