Duncan & Allen LLP is pleased to announce that Jason Gray has been elected to serve as the firm’s new Managing Partner, effective July 1, 2025. Mr. Gray will succeed John Coyle who, after 11 years of dedicated service, has decided to step down from that role to focus his time and energy on serving his longstanding clients.
As Managing Partner, Mr. Coyle built upon Duncan & Allen LLP’s distinguished legacy, further elevating the firm’s stature as a leading energy law firm—all while carrying a full caseload. For over a decade, he oversaw the firm’s day-to-day operations and played a key role in critical personnel and business decisions that fueled significant growth and positioned the firm for long-term success. The firm is deeply grateful for Mr. Coyle’s leadership and service, and we assure our clients that Mr. Coyle will continue carrying a full case load after passing the managerial baton.
Succeeding Mr. Coyle is no easy task, but Mr. Gray looks forward to the opportunity to build upon the strong foundation he inherits as well as the challenge of continuing the firm’s advancement to greater prominence. He brings to the role a deep understanding of the energy regulatory landscape, as well as a longstanding commitment to foster a firm culture that is focused on providing exceptional, cost-effective, and personalized legal service.
